Web pages shouldn't be able to crash Web browsers. However, due to programming bugs and design oversights it is possible to create Web pages which will crash a Web browser. Some pages can even crash the Windows operating system as well. These crash bugs can be exploited by the "bad guys" to create killer Web pages and Email bombs.
